Pool Trooper Customer Information

Pool Service providers have been designated by the U.S. Homeland Security as essential services; “Service providers who provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences”.

Because of this designation, we will be traveling in your neighborhoods during times of “Shelter In Place” or Executive Orders for all non-essential workers to stay home. All Pool Trooper employees, in addition to their photo ID cards will be carrying the following card to identify themselves as “Essential” workers.

First and foremost, we want everyone to be safe. Period. We want you to be aware of the following information regarding your pool.

Your home should be your sanctuary during these trying times and is the perfect way to keep your families occupied as you practice “Social Distancing”.

Second, our Troopers will make every attempt to arrive on your scheduled day but please understand during these times, this may not always be possible. We will try our best to communicate any changes.

Our guys are “Troopers” and will be at your pool to keep your pool water swim safe so you and your family can enjoy your pool.  With that said, when you see our guys poolside, please limit contact with them and practice safe Social Distancing so that they can feel safe and do their jobs in these trying times.
