Christopher C. Krebs, Director of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency has issued a memorandum on identification of essential infrastructure workers during the COVID-19 response.
In this memorandum, under the Public Works section, workers such as plumbers, electricians, exterminators, and other service providers who provide services that are necessary to maintaining the safety, sanitation, and essential operation of residences.

All employees will carry the attached card while traveling on company business which designates them as “Essential” to our country’s infrastructure.
