These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to the text messaging program offered by Pool Troopers LLC d/b/a Pool Troopers (“Pool Troopers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
What Messages Will I Receive?
When you opt in, Pool Troopers may send you text messages about your request and our services, including responses to inquiries you submit through our website, appointment and service-visit confirmations and reminders, service updates and technician arrival notices, account and billing notifications, and customer service follow-up. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, we may also send news, updates, and offers from Pool Troopers.
How Often Will I Receive Messages?
Message frequency may vary based on your service schedule and account activity.
Are There Any Costs?
Message and data rates may apply. Pool Troopers does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How Do I Opt Out?
You can cancel text messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL. After you send the message, we will reply with one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, you may opt in the same way you did originally, or reply START.
Consent Is Not Required for Purchase
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Pool Troopers.
Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide, and at least 18 years of age.
Privacy
