Q: How long have you worked with Pool Troopers?

I started my career with Pool Troopers in 2012; in total, I have 14 years of customer service experience. My time here has been gratifying and challenging with learning all there is to know about how pool systems work. Helping and educating customers on their equipment and answering their questions, has always been something I've enjoyed.

Q: What do you like most about your work?

What I enjoy most about my job is the people I work with. It doesn't feel like a job but like family, where we all pull together and assist our customers.

Q: What does it mean when you say that Pool Troopers exists to 'give people freedom'?

It means we're focused on doing whatever it takes so customers can spend quality time with their friends and family enjoying their pool.  We are in business to provide freedom.

Q: What should new job applicants know about Pool Troopers?

What new applicants should know about Pool Troopers is that you are coming to work for the best company that you will ever work for. It is a company that believes in treating all employees as family members and as teammates. It is an amazing place and unlike anywhere I've ever worked.
